The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and overlooks the crystal clear waters of Lake Como. Its stunning gardens and terraces offer a variety of potential incredible and unique spots for your photos. From the panoramic terrace with its sweeping views of the lake and a very big and scenographic old tree to the romantic Loggia Durini. From the picturesque pier to the Star Wars terrace, there are endless possibilities for capturing your love story. It’s important to note that the light at Villa del Balbianello can vary greatly throughout the day, and this can have a significant impact on the look and feel of your photos. Villa Monastero

It is not possible to shoot inside the Villa but believe us, the gardens are spectacular. There is also a small Loggia that you can reserve for your private proposal there. We are in love with it, it is an ideal location for engagement, wedding, or couple photoshoots, as the gardens and lakefront setting offer many opportunities for intimate and romantic shots.
Villa Melzi
Bellagio is probably the most popular village of Lake Como. However, not everyone knows Villa Melzi, a stunning location that is perfect for a surprise wedding proposal. The villa’s gardens are extensive, and there are many secluded spots that are perfect for your purpose and even if you can’t reserve a corner during opening hours or the entire Villa, we always found the way to have a clear spot where our couple could live their unique moment. The gardens are well maintained and the views spectacular. It is a peaceful and romantic setting that is ideal for a couple photoshoot. The villa itself is a historic building that dates back to the early 19th century and its architecture and decor provide a classic and elegant backdrop. There is a large white stone stair that worth the visit and is a fantastic setting for the photos. Like the fountain between the main building and the Lake. Villa Melzi is very close to Bellagio, 10 minutes walking from the center of the village and it is absolutely recommended!
