And then this beautiful couple who will marry soon called us for a pre wedding shooting Italy. A different one. Two people who have put themselves in our hands, who told us their story first and then exposed themselves, because their being together was not only feeling but also proximity, fusion, nudity. And the more we look at the photos, the more we see the soul and less the body. We didn’t expect it.

We are also honored that they have let us publish the photos, because it is not obvious, because if they have allowed us it means that they recognize themselves in what is our vision of their being together.

Our work necessarily includes a part dedicated to training, to inspiration. Beauty must spring from the habit of seeing, thinking, reading beauty. We will never tire of supporting it. The Devil’s playground by Nan Goldin was a fantastic study. And the poetry, the poetry that hides a cosmos in a verse. Two embraced bodies, a shared world.

I am not naked as I am; I am naked as you see me. I am transparent, almost visible. I have a time and a place. I am tribal and exotic. I must always carry objects. You are heroic. I am a complete museum, the story of my own making. I am a mirror to you; you are reflected in the looking at me. At best, I mimic you. You write me. When you leave, I will no longer exist.
