Elegant destination wedding in Florence, Villa San Michele

This is an elegant destination wedding in Florence, a city where Veronica, the bride, lived a few years ago while studying in Italy. Again, we were so lucky to be their wedding photographer in Florence. 

When Veronica went back to the US, she met Christian. Three kids and a perfect setting: the wedding was celebrated at Villa San Michele in Florence, an historical former monastery with a spectacular view over the city. A touching weddings, as it always is when family and friends travel from all over the world to join a special place in a special day. 

What to say, when a bride and a groom leave you free to shoot, when they trust your work and don’t ask but just live the day, when they forget you (that’s our aim) knowing that we won’t miss any moment or detail… well, then we know that our couple understood our message and also our way to be. They believed in our photography. As a photographer, you feel satisfied. As a person, you feel inspired. There are no cultural boundaries where there is sensitivity and openness. Furthermore, Florence has an essence that you can’t catch being there just on your wedding day. You need days, a taste of daily life there to appreciate the charme of its history. That’s the essence, history is everywhere, combined with beauty and art. No matter if you are planning an intimate wedding or a traditional religious wedding.
