We are Alessandro and Veronica, husband and wife, a mum and a dad. We share the same enthusiasm for photography in general, we continue to study photography, to invest in personal research, to let ourselves be inspired by great photographers, both contemporary and past. Photographic culture is essential for our training. Along with curiosity. Wedding photography is an application of being photographers above all.
Home » Wedding photographer in Rome – Viktoria & Jegor
When Viktoria and Jegor, from Estonia, first contacted us we immediately felt on tune. They were thinking of a small, intimate wedding in Rome because they are in love with it and because they wanted to taste a bit of an Italian late summer. They were also going to plan a joyful but unconventional wedding day. They made it.
Young, lovely, sweet couple! They got ready in the same room, near Piazza Navona. It was meant to be an easy day, far form conventional wedding traditions. But the excitement is unpredictable and you are never ready for that, especially before a wedding ceremony! A strong, deep emotion that comes all of a sudden. We often see it on our couples’ faces, their hands are cold, they become silent… That’s one of the moment to capture, no-one looks at the wedding photographer but the wedding photographer won’t miss a single excited glance.
Viktoria and Jegor got married in the morning at the Terme di Caracalla wedding hall in Rome surrounded by their closest family members and a couple of dear friends. Not a wedding reception but just an informal dinner. In the meanwhile, we had the time to walk around the amazing Villa dei Quintili, beside the Appia Antica, the main Roman road to get into the city. They discovered this fascinating Roman Villa watching a Woody Allen movie and they decided that they had to be there, together, on their wedding day. What a location! And a surprise: this ancient place was desert on Saturday afternoon. Far from the chaos of the center and immersed in the countryside.
Inspiring. That’s the word to describe these two guys.
